What is your favorite anime, and why is it Cowboy Bebop?
Because it's everyone's favorite?
Nah, but for real, my favorite is one that has a very similar setup to Cowboy Bebop, and has been mentioned numerous times on my channel.

For those that haven't seen it, you're probably thinking the what I did. Duel-wielding hot-chick in shorts? Well, this show's goals are paper thin. And, it does seem that way to start.
But even by the show's first arc, starting at Episode 4, it hints to something greater. The characters in this show - especially the supporting cast - were made for me. Growing up on Guy Richie Gangster Flicks, I love stories about irredeemable characters, that are never-the-less, compelling. Be it through empathy, sympathy, or concern, almost everybody brings something to the table in this program.
Almost all reviews talk about the Action, which being done by Madhouse (the studio behind Death Note & One Punch Man) is superb; but it's honestly secondary to me. What keeps me thinking about this show is its setting of Roanapur, a city where everyone, even the Police, are in on the scam. A place where groups that work with one-another on Friday, could shoot at each Sunday. It just fascinates me, almost as much as it does the creators who use it for laughs, mystery, and drama.
If we're talking Anime Movies? It's the original Ghost in the Shell.

I understand this is an American school must-read, so: what do you think about 'To Kill A Mockingbird'?
Growing up in Canada, To Kill a Mockingbird wasn't required reading for us. To be honest.. it's one of those classics I still haven't gotten to. Only a year ago did I sit down and read Fahrenheit 451, so I've got lots to catch up on.

You never seem to bring up Nintendo when talking about your past gaming experiences or even nowadays. What are your thoughts on them in general?
Nintendo has always been present in my life, but in a very different capacity to other manufactures, which is likely why I rarely bring them up. The N64's a console all my friends had, and thus didn't feel encouraged to get on of my own, sticking with the Playstation.
I did get a Gamecube, and that's probably the most valued Nintendo product in my life. Lots of memories playing Mario Kart Double Dash with buddies in the Summer. Forming teams who'd face each other and all that. In-fact, I can still remember the day I got the Gamecube, all my friends were over, but we didn't have a Memory Card.
For some reason, rather than just use something else, we decided to see how far we could get in Star Fox Adventures, the game my system came with. Leaving the console overnight, we woke up in horror to see that after spending hours getting to the next major world, the console got reset, and we had to start from the beginning.
It's quite funny in retrospect. I've seen that blue bitch fox more times than I care to count. God, that intro can go to hell.
Okay, back on topic.
What do I think of Nintendo in general?
Mixed.
I really respect their commitment to filling a portion of the market that were it not for them, would likely get lost as Sony and Microsoft endlessly chase trends. But I also bemoan their sheer predictability in franchises.
I think their software divisions are filled extremely talented people who aren't afraid to evolve when appropriate, and really care about their games. But I also think their hardware divisions are in the words of channel friend Examined Life of Gaming "A bunch of scum-sucking cash whores."
I laughed so hard when seeing Nintendo make not one, but two revisions of the Switch.
However, I am ultimately glad Nintendo are here to stay.
Because in a market where Sony & Microsoft are so concerned with what the other is doing and pursuing, it's nice to have an alternative who manages to succeed regardless of what the other is doing. I remember when the WiiU came out and everybody was acting doom and gloom on Nintendo's behalf, when in reality, Nintendo could release fifty WiiU like failures, and remain in business.

Have you ever played Driver San Francisco? I can see you enjoy racing games after your video with NFS Heat. And Driver SF just feels amazing to play, plus the huge amount of innovative ideas that go into some of the wackier levels are really original.
Yes! Played the demo numerous times and bought the game during opening week. I really hope to one day host a Multiplayer session because man that game's multiplayer was a riot. Also really loved the campaign.
It's tough, because I'd love for a new Driver game, even one that's just a re-imagining of the originals on PS1. Just that French Connection style of car chases and exaggerated yet grounded physics. Beam NG would be an amazing framework for a new driver game with just a few refinements. Though I imagine, the teleportation of San Francisco has probably attached itself to the brand somewhat among its growing cult-following.
It's also hands down the best narrative ever put into a driving game, if only be default, because most never make an attempt.
