Something Television, Video-Games, and Film can always do is introduce people to music they'd ordinarily miss. Continuum was one of those shows for me, introducing a variety of Vancouver artists I wouldn't have known. And it's through this multi-year timeline that's led to me listening to Dralms' latest album, being a fan of the leader's previous work, even prior to this band's formation.
This album is lacking the explosive tracks found on the band's debut EP that I've recommended in the past, but that's not a huge loss, as I've also loved the Singer's melancholic tracks, and this album is filled with those.
When you're not wanting your ear drums bleeding from the immense noise of previous records that have appeared here, like Beastwars, Dramls' discography will appeal to you, and this new album is no exception.
