Driver San Francisco being taken offline now means it's complete abandonware, and you can go about any means of acquiring it, and it's worth it, because the gameplay holds up brilliantly, let alone it's core-gimmick of being able to omnisciently takeover any vehicle on the map,
It's a game which hasn't been iterated upon since release, and as a result, will always be worth playing.
