Here are the first 10 pages of the newly-revised Otto & Olya comic. I decided to start over from scratch for several reasons, but one of them was that I wanted to draw them on paper instead of completely digitally. I also felt that in the (long) time since I drew the old pages I had some different ideas for where the story was gonna go and how I wanted to handle it all, and how to improve the storytelling, as well as just having a stronger sense of how to draw the two of them. I am considerably happier with these new pages and I hope you also like them!
I will be posting these pages now and in future for everyone to see, even the free members, but I would urge anyone reading this to please strongly consider subscribing to the paid membership. I am an independent artist and as you no doubt know, it’s an increasingly difficult time to try to make a living doing this. I have made the subscription price as low as it can possibly go because I want to make the work accessible. If you enjoy my work at all and think that it has value, I need the support! (Also head to my website and buy a piece of art, thanks 😊)
For paid members I will be posting “commentary” and process for these and future pages. Hopefully you find it interesting. Thanks for coming with me on this journey!
