LSE Book kickstarter update!

Heya guys,

So I just had a big meeting with Hiveworks today to discuss the LSE kickstarter plans. There's been huge delays on both of our ends, for which I'm really sorry. I really meant for this KS to run earlier this year, but so many things happened and it just kept getting pushed back @__@

But! We're finally getting there. I've attached the front and back cover so far, which are finalized barring any last-minute edits. 

The book itself is laid out and commentary complete. It just needs a few extra pages, including the setup comics (so you aren't just immediately dropped into a strip about Attack on Titan) and some other general front-of-book stuff.

I also plan to have a stretch goal in the KS for extra side stories that will be in text form along with illustrations. some things happened that I thought were really interesting, but just didn't fit well in single comic pages/short stories. So this will be a way to tell those!

We also figured out the KS tiers, which include:

-Digital PDF of the book

-PDF+physical book

-PDF+book+sticker and bookmark set (currently designing these!)

-all that + signed and sketched bookplate

-all that + the original art for a strip (currently planning to take first-come-first-serve requests for specific strips in the backer survey)

-all that + an original commissioned art of yourself or a character in LSE style

These may change a bit, but that's the current plan! I want to keep it pretty simple to minimize any complications. The good news about this taking so long is that all the delays should be on this end, rather than after people have ordered. Few things bug me more than a KS that takes way too long to fulfill.

There's lots of work still to be done, but it finally feels like everything's really coming together! I can't wait have this actual book to show you guys TAT And thank you so much to everyone's who's been super patient and enthusiastic. It's gonna happen! I promise! My first proper book print run!!
