The original one was inspired by a stream request for Undine and Sailor Mercury, which made me just wanna draw a bunch of blue magical girls together. Obviously there coulda been even more, like Umi from Rayearth and other Precures and the Blue Mew Mew, but I had to cut it off somewhere XD
