Manchester Intense Bound Tickling!

Manchester is such a BRAT, and does a lot of whining while I tickle her feet. She also does a lot of giggling! After 15 minutes of foot tickling, Manchester is bound to the table and WRECKED while she has a giggle freak out and thrashes wildly. 22 minutes
