I can't seem to download ANY of the videos and have been a faithful patreon for several months now. Everytime I attempt to download a vid, I get a message saying "Your email has been blocked!". Never got an email or message before like that until the new website was made, and have been able to download vids before. SO I would like some help with this please. ASAP.
