I also don't think that it's added afterwards. It just sounds like what happens when you turn the gain up high on a microphone in order to record something quiet from that far away. In videos where it varies through a video, I think that's probably just that you have sounds recorded from different equipment or at different settings (at the beginning of videos you might set lower gain because you're recording preparation noises which might be louder or that you can get the microphone closer to - e.g.: lighting candles, dripping water). You can remove line hiss in post production to a degree, but it's tricky. Doing it in software can result in some odd sounding volume ducking periodically or certain kinds of muffled or muddy sound. That's a choice that works in some settings, but it's probably not the best choice for this. You can reduce hiss with different equipment and setups - podcasters usually do this by getting much closer to the mic and speaking louder so the hiss is much quieter than the desired signal, but for massage sounds it's not as practical to follow with a mic on video. They've done some work with wireless body mics, which some people liked and others didn't. I suspect doing a mix of different types so that different people each get some videos (and audio) that they like is the approach they'll keep to, and I support, partly because I find myself in the mood for different types of recordings at different times, so variety is appreciated

I actually think it's on purpose, because in some videos you can clearly hear NO NOISE when the model goes to sit on the bed (and yes you can hear sounds), but immediately after the massage starts, the noise comes in. I'm sure it's intended because some people say it has some relaxing properties, but it's actually annoying to me as well, I've been saying this for the last few months and not even one video without the noise has been released, so I don't think they care or even read comments, they got enough subs so if they lose some, it's negligible

I don't think that noise is intended but just the buzzing that our normal ears don't hear but the sensitive mics do. I do agree though it would be nice if it was lessened somehow but not through audio software as that tends to sound robotic.

Awesome video as always! I know this is probably a lot to ask and is a matter of preference but I was wondering if you could try experimenting with releasing the same videos (maybe on the site) but without the white noise? I really enjoy the ASMR aspect of these and the white noise recently has been kinda loud distracting for me. I don't mean to tell you how to do your work so please take it as a suggestion. Production has been perfect. Keep it up!
