They are running a website with a paid service. If you are taking money from someone in exchange for a service, you are running a business and therefore should offer support to your customers. For many the download doesnt work. Last year they quickly responded and fixed the issue most of the time. But they stopped caring completely. So if something doesnt work, bad luck to you.

I'd be interested to know what your message was? Also, nowhere in their membership tiers is there a promise of direct messaging their patrons. There is a massive difference between a customer service department, and a few people running what is essentially a glorified social media space.

I first messaged them many weeks ago, and have done a few times since. It is known that they just don't bother to correspond with people. And yet, I have seen them reply to comments on Youtube. I understand there can be issues causing a lack of correspondance, but I think in this case, they are choosing not to. They are still uploading content. If there is a genuine reason why they can't respond to people then all it would take is a simple message to everyone letting us know the situation. They could post it with the latest updates.

How long ago did you post? It's possible they are just busy and didn't get to it yet (remember they are people too). They have a pretty decent audience here, so you might not be the only one messaging them either. Also, Ukraine is still dealing with Russia (unfortunately), so even though they are posting things, it still might not be "normal" for them right now (to be able to give you a idea of their schedule or future). Im not trying to come off as condensing or anything like that.

I do find it odd. Good support and communication can keep people happy to continue their membership. I do feel like unsubscribing before the end of the month. I just wanted to ask them about future updates and their plans going forward. I feel that there's lots of potential here that could just go to waste if they don't keep on top of it.

Really sorry to post this here guys, but has anyone ever had a reply from either Lady barbers or ASMR Massage? I've sent several messages, but nothing. It doesn't make sense, how can they treat their customers like this?
