I'd definitely suggest watching the dream scene from Episode 1 again before the next episode. I think initially it confused a lot of people because it's hard to understand what's going on since it's such a drastic difference from the scene that came before it in the episode, so definitely suggest giving it another watch-through to clear some things up.
