All About Testosteron

Today you’ll find out lots of unique things about testosterone, and how to increase its level.  The information is unique and strictly scientific. WHY DOES TESTOSTERONE INCREASE?I often hear questions about raising testosterone levels. Spanish scientists conducted an experiment on 20 students who never went to the gym.  The guys took a test for sex hormones BEFORE training and AFTER weight training (basic exercises for big muscle groups).  Immediately after training, testosterone levels were lowered and cortisol levels were too high. It figures, during training, muscle cells absorb more androgens from the blood than usual.   After that, scientists made students go to the gym three times a week for a month. And then they measured the hormones... Post-training testosterone level changed slightly. It was the same as a month ago. But the level was 40% higher before training!!!!  So, in response to stress, our body started producing more testosterone for its reconstruction.  By the way, catabolic hormones levels dropped.  Regular weight training increases testosterone production (by 40%) and decreases cortisol production.  Think about that the next time you want to buy a testosterone booster in a sports nutrition store.

CRY, BABY. CRY. ONION JUICE enhances testosterone production.  The discovery was made by Iranian scientists and was later confirmed by Jordanian experts, in the search for a natural remedy for men suffering from impotence.  Laboratory mice received 0.5 ml, 1 ml and 2 ml of onion ‘fresh’ for 20 days.

The fourth group (C) was the control group.  At the same time, the test subjects received Paroxetine, a serotonin inhibitor causing impotence in mice.   In twenty days, a daily 10 mg dose of Paroxetine (Poison) nearly 3 times reduced testosterone level compared to the control (C) group. However, those mice that received 1 ml/day and 2 ml/day of onion juice successfully resisted the decrease.   More than half of the mice that received the Poison (Paroxetine) could not ejaculate when they were placed in a cage with fertile females. However, this did not apply to those males who received onion fresh.

CONCLUSION: Onion fresh is a very powerful testosterone booster that can be used both for chronically low testosterone and when taking anabolic steroids or in post-cycle therapy.  It’s no secret that anabolic steroids significantly lower natural testosterone levels.  It’s possible that big quantities of onions can combat this.    EFFECTIVE DOSE  for mice was 1 ml/day.   For humans it’s 0.64 ml per kilogram of male body weight.  Imagine a 50 ml shot glass of onion fresh.  That’s how much you need to drink every day to effectively grapple with low testosterone.

YELLOW FRONT TURMERIC is very effective at improving spermatogenesis and testosterone production.  For those who are not in the know, turmeric is a yellow seasoning for food.  In the West, you can also buy capsular turmeric.  The key property of turmeric is that it has powerful antioxidant properties.  The experiment I want to tell you about was conducted in Nigeria and lasted 30 days.  Laboratory mice received POISON represented by Gallic (French) Acid.  It’s a heavy oxidizing agent (tea and grapes are rich in it), reducing sperm and testosterone production.  They also gave Curcumin to compare the effect on sperm and testosterone production.   The mice were divided into 4 groups and had to take for 30 days:

In 30 days, the quality and quantity of sperm, as well as testosterone levels in the “acid” group were reduced by about 25%.  However, the level in those mice that received turmeric in addition to acid was 200% of the control group.  Curcumin didn’t just protect sperm and testosterone.  It doubled the figure compared to the control group.   You might be wondering what happened to the group that received turmeric without acid?  Their testosterone levels TRIPLED compared to the control group!  Well that’s what we call a booster.

Think about it, a regular seasoning from the store TRIPLES testosterone levels, and you buy all sorts of nonsense in the sports store for glossy packs.   I’m afraid sport supplement sellers will soon start manhunting me for such articles.  Why has the testosterone level increased so significantly after taking curcumin?  This antioxidant activates two enzymes in your testicles:

These two enzymes are responsible for testosterone biosynthesis.  The more active they are, the more testosterone.  And curcumin nearly triples their concentration. That’s why testosterone increases in the same proportion.  CONCLUSION: Curcumin is a powerful testosterone booster and spermatogenesis activator.  It can be used effectively in PCT by men with reduced testosterone levels.  Curcumin is even more effective without pharmacology. In natural training, this antioxidant can TRIPLE testosterone production!  EFFECTIVE DOSE:  It is somewhere between 1 and 2 grams of curcumin per day for adult men. That’s what scientists say.  However, I have a different opinion.  The thing is that mice received 100 mg per kg.  I.e. 1 gram per 10 kg or 10 grams per 100 kg carcass.  It is quite possible that mice have a higher metabolic rate than humans do, and that is why they lowered the dosage. However, if you do the math you’ll get more than 1 gram.  If someone sets his mind on an experiment with analyzes, please contact me.   It is necessary to measure testosterone, LH and FSH levels before and after curcumin therapy.  The dosage should be 1-2 grams.  It is best to order curcumin capsules at sports stores, so as not to bother with dozing.   By the way, turmeric has very strong hepatoprotective properties.  So those guys who use oral steroids such as methane or anapolon can safely take it both on the course and in PCT.

HORSE’S SMELLASHWAGANDHA (Horse’s Smell) is a widely known adaptogen used in Ayurveda.  For those who don’t know, Ayurveda is an unconventional Indian medicine.  Ashwagandha is believed to reduce anxiety and stress levels.  I even read that a mix of ashwagandha and alcohol causes a synergy effect that calms you down and soothes you to sleep very quickly.   What does testosterone have to do with it?, you’ll ask.  The fact is that this herb not only calms, but also increases testosterone levels according to research by Mumbai scientists.   The experiment was conducted with 25 men in the main group and 21 in the control group. All men were oligospermic (low sperm count). So, they were divided into two groups.  During 90 days the first group received three capsules of 225 mg ashwagandha (675 mg/day), and the second group received placebo.  As a result, the experimental group demonstrated the following improvements:

CONCLUSION: ASHWAGANDHA, a traditional herb, increases sperm count and testosterone level in men with reduced rates.  I’d like to draw your attention to the fact that the experiment was conducted on sick oligospermic men with low libido.  In fact, this situation is very similar to what happens to athletes at the end of anabolic steroids course.  DOZAGE: In the experiment, men received 675 mg of ashwagandha per day, divided into three equal portions of 225 mg.  By the way, I have information on another experiment with Ashwagandha.  It involved 12 men and 6 women between the ages of 18 and 30.   The experiment lasted 30 days and the daily dose for test subjects was gradually increased every 10 days.   750 mg - 1000 mg - 1250 mg.  As a result, the amount of fat and the amount of muscle mass changed.    Meat increased by 2 kg, and fat percent decreased from 27.78 to 25.51.  There was also an improvement of the strength level in big muscle groups.  So the herb isn’t as simple as it seems.  Links to the experiments are below.
