It won the poll for a pin-up, but I liked it so much that I ended up taking it a bit too far. As much as I like drawing sexy/lewd stuff, working on more grounded/wholesome ideas hits differently for me, especially when some character development is involved.

2022-12-09 12:21:38 +0000 UTCWas super happy this one won; you make really good lewd art, but your soft, wholesome stuff is on an entirely different level <3 I love how much these 2 love each other, even without/before any romantic or sexual stuff; the POV guy (he doesn't have a name given on the page) immediately resolves to support Isabella no matter what's happened, even without any context and having (I assume) only spoken via text for 7 years; she asked for help and he loves her so much he immediately says "You got it", respecting her desire to not tell him what happened right away and just resolving to help her. And when he finds out, he immediately starts doing his absolute best to continue treating her as his longtime friend and give her emotional support as he takes her home to rest <3
