It actually came out between seasons 3 & 4 so Hulu and other streaming services as well as the box set place it between those seasons as a 2-parter. Here's the thing, though... 1st - it takes place right about NOW as Lee takes command of the Pegasus, but the viewing order isn't as important as the version, which brings me to... 2nd - if you can get ahold of the uncut DVD version, you should DEFINITELY watch that one. Entire SCENES - big ones - are cut out of the 2-parter; GREAT scenes featuring Bill Adama back in the original Cylon war and they REALLY inform the story going forward. Just a heads up.
