The only reason Olivia went to the other universe is to get Peter. Peter's absence can't be the reason she doesn't return, while being the reason she crosses in the first place.

2019-03-25 21:40:54 +0000 UTCOlivia returned in first timeline because of Peter. In this rewritten timeline, Peter doesn't exist, so she had no reason to try and get back. Nothing for her to hold onto to remember who she really was. And no reason to involve red Broyles. They never explain how she got back, but it's assumed that when red Olivia returns, they just send her back to her world.
