All the stuff that he did got erased when he was erased. As an aside, Fringe is always outrageously, unapologetically wacky as fuck and when you are trying to make predictions about what is going to happen and give up saying "Its Fringe. Fuck it. I'm not even gonna try to guess" is pretty hilarious.
