I think it's mainly because they stay so faithful to the books and try to stay as close to source material as poss. when going from the page to a visual medium. So excited for S3! Thanks Jimmy!

2019-10-21 17:21:39 +0000 UTCAgain it's wierd because this show isn't paced in a traditional season by season arch structure. Even though this is a season finale it doesnt really feel like one. The real climax to this arch (or this book) is yet to come. Next season is easily the best if you ask me, absolutely cannot wait.

2019-10-21 13:52:30 +0000 UTCThis was a tremendous season finale. The story hops round a lot but manages to bring every major storyline to a satisfying stopping point (if not conclusion). I was just looking at the calendar, and you accidentally planned this perfectly, because if you maintain 2 eps per week, you will finish season 3 one week before season 4 drops, which is Dec 13th.
