Yes!! It never gets talked about and is one of the coolest things about this season to me. Ugh I wanna say more, and I realize Jimmy has already finished the series years ago. Just don't want to spoil anything for new viewers. But it's INCREDIBLE writing how 1 seemingly regular episode 3 seasons ago ties back in this and future episodes soooooo importantly. LOVE THIS SHOW!!!

I dunno, in that episode Finch never talked about circles. He did one lesson and it was about Pi. Plus that would make Dominic 19 or 20 at the oldest. Interesting theory but I doubt it was intentional.

Despite the actor's age, I think the writers set up Dominic as one of Finch's students (he was undercover in Season 2 while Reese was arrested). If so, he is Finch's most dangerous creation, not the machine!

Didn't know if you caught it or not, but Dominic mentioned a teacher he had once that talked about a circle and infinite possibilities. Finch was a substitute teacher in an episode and talked about a circle and infinite possibilities...The teacher that inspired Dominic was Finch.

Long version: As a therapist/psychiatrist/psychologist/social worker or anyone working at a helping agency, if you happen to see a client outside of work, you can give them a quick smile and greeting and quickly end the conversation. Anything else risks creating a dual relationship which can jeopardize your relationship with the client, roll back any progress they have made with you, and even endanger the client... Short version: Iris is the fucking WORST (still a great episode though) #irisiscancelled #unprofessional #malpractice101
