Huh, I didn't remember that one. So I guess it was both of them that said something similar, over the show's run. I managed to track down the one I was thinking of (8x2). Jaime: "Cersei has always been good at using the truth to tell lies."

2021-04-26 15:22:50 +0000 UTCIn GoT, either Tyrion or Jaime said that Cersei often managed to use the truth to tell a lie. Jimmy reminded me of that this episode. And with the crying in the car scene, it felt like we were getting a flashback of a 20-something Cersei. Anyhow, I thought that was a genius way of showing us his motivation. Poor bastard. I'm relaxing about Kim. She's too smart for Saul's bullshit. She's been fooled by Jimmy a few times now and you can see her barometer of him drop a notch or two each time. The final shot of her being left behind was great. Lalo is an animal. His "Michael, is that you?", on the phone, was fantastic. He's so much fun that he gets a pass on the service-employee-who-obviously-hurt-himself-somehow situation. Nacho is fucked. Looking forward to Season 5! Do you think you'll be starting it next week or is there gonna be a pause?

2021-04-26 14:33:09 +0000 UTCExactly what you said. BB: S1-S2 yeah, cool. S3-S4 great. S5 - wooow. BCS follows the same pattern. A slow burn which really pays off and rewards your patience. I don't want to oversell season 5, but trust me sir, you will not be dissapointed.

2021-04-26 12:58:57 +0000 UTCWerner is like Ned in King's Landing. Just keeps doing stuff that he thinks will work out as long as everyone plays by the rules or has good intentions, but alas they never do.
