Another great episode, they have hinted that Quarles has been cracking since he came to Kentucky. We know he was beating/killing male prostitutes because that's why he was on the outs with Chicago mob. This season so far has basically been the debasement of Quarles. At first he seems super together, but I think its pretty obvious its a façade to protect himself and how he got so far in the mob.
