March 2021 Movie Poll

PICK THREE! (Road to Perdition, a carry over from last month, has already occupied one of the spots.

A lot of good suggestions this month, I might pluck a couple for the dealer's choices.

Damn I really thought LΓ©on would win this. I'm really disappointed πŸ˜’πŸ™ Apes actually gets more votes than this masterpiece. And Gattaca...can't say I'm surprised. Not enough people have seen it.

Ninaofthe90s

Gattaca, last place. Wow, just wow. Hell, it's the only thing I voted for.

Robert Kruger

Should be Leon > Lebowski > AHX > Everything Else > Ape Movie Remake. I am shook.

Nerd Going Outside

could ask the same about LΓ©on. I prefer that one to Lebowski (even though Lebowski is great too)

Ninaofthe90s

How in God's name is The Big Lebowski not leading the pack handily?!

The Dork Knight

Apes reboot > Big Lebowski?! I have to admit, guys, I'm shocked.

Uncle 'Traveling' Matt

I love this trilogy

T0ast

Mathew fox's last role

T0ast

Fair warning, if you watch Rise this month, it is the weakest (still good imo) of the trilogy. Even if its not quite to your liking (and most likely Cash's), I hope you still give Dawn and War a go in the next couple of months because those are fantastic

Jed U

It's pinned at the top of the page.

Jimmy Macram

Anything but apes please.

Dean Cyphers

Big Trouble in Little China Big Lebowski Bone Tomahawk

HermitM

AHX πŸ™Œ

PCG98

Not gonna hard sell anything this month, I got my way last month, just excited Road to Perdition is coming :D

Nerd Going Outside

Much better list than last month imo. Also Vote for Bone Tomahawk you fucks.

Drew

Agreed about Requiem. It's a one and done kinda movie

Ben Trotter

Leon - please- and thanx btw 😘

Ninaofthe90s

Ok so, you know the drill. Three votes, three comments

Cadmus Lochlan

Oh god, I completely disagree. Please watch the theatrical version for the channel and, if you really want to, then go find the director's cut afterwards.

Uncle 'Traveling' Matt

Untrue. Big Trouble in China is one of the best action comedies ever made and Gattaca is a well crafted cerebral scifi film.

Michael

I want to second the recommendation that if Leon wins, you watch the Director's Cut. It's significantly better than the theatrical version.

Tim Itnyre

On a serious note I need to know where to find your list of the movies you've already seen to better understand not only what you haven't seen but also what films you would thoroughly enjoy

Karleton Bingham

Gattaca and Big trouble in Little China off the next voting list. Would hate to see you and Cash sleeping in a reaction

Karleton Bingham

And Requiem of course. Great choice. You might need some therapy afterwards...but everyone should see this once 😏

Ninaofthe90s

Very happy LΓ©on is on the poll. I have no idea why I didn't suggest it earlier. I guess I was really sure you had already seen it πŸ˜‚

Ninaofthe90s

Please take

Karleton Bingham

Jimmy if LΓ©on wins - please watch the director's cut. It's about 125 minutes long, while the theatrical release is about 105 minutes. The director's cut is SO MUCH better!!!

Ninaofthe90s

I've seen the first couple I think. Definitely the first. I gotta add it to the list.

Jimmy Macram

Damn was hoping to see Bourne on here

Light Yagami

Never watch A requiem for a dream. That is a great movie, but you will need a shower afterwards lol.

Matt Flynn

That new Apes trilogy gets so good by the end, each movie better than the previous. Definitely be cool to see you start it. And Big Trouble in Little China, reteaming Kurt Russell & John Carpenter in an action comedy! Come on, give it a chance this time! Also, while I agree Jimmy should watch Requiem, I can't imagine watching a reaction or ever watching the movie again lol...it's a great but unpleasant and painful movie.

Michael
