lol no "luckily" needed.. if Season 2 was still "very Good" which i agree, season 3 is just a bonus for us fans. thank you creators. i know yah get sooo much slack from these so called "fans"

2021-11-27 16:05:00 +0000 UTCI really like how much Korra learns this season. Not just about herself and the past, but also how she learns from Unalaq. Obviously she learns that spirit bending technique, but there's more than that. It's his voice that she remembers in the tree of time, telling her to find the light in the dark. And of course, Korra says at the end that he was right about how the spirits were meant to live in the world. S2 is my least favorite of the series, but there's a lot it does really well and I think it gets too harshly judged. Oh, and I always hated the Mako/Korra relationship, but in retrospect I enjoy it as a 'failed' relationship. In a lot of kid's shows (hell, even media in general) it's not uncommon for someone's first relationship to be one that then is implied to last forever. And in this we see that you can love someone and be attracted to them, and still sometimes not work with them romantically. And I think that's a good message for kids to take in.
