As a failed stand-up comic myself, I love Sally's crazy monologue. It's so cathartic because it is pretty much what every actor on the grind has ever felt. You want to be happy for your peers, but it's impossible not to feel extremely envious when they become more successful than you... ESPECIALLY if they aren't as talented as you and only got their position because of luck or connections (or because they happen to be 6'2")

The Chechen pin was given to Barry by Hank. Barry put it in the trunk when he found Gene next to the car. Pretty genius quick decision by Barry.

About episode 7. I'm with Sally 100%. It just sucks.

"You know, in America, Esther is a woman's name!"
So I've seen the final episode a few times now and I still can't figure out if Fuchs was trying to insult her or not. That's some great writing/acting right there :)
