Don’t agree at all. Kendall has been clearly mentally ill since the start of the season. And he’s a drug addict, Shiv isn’t wrong. He went to rehab in the past but we’ve seen that he’s not bulletproof. There’s a lot of history that they allude to that happened before what we see in the show. With how messed up he’s been it was always a matter of time.

yes it's just "I like cheese" or yes it's exceptionally touching? 😉

WTF. No. I don’t buy it. Writing choice to bomb Kendall’s character. Drugs?! I haven’t seen a single snort-scene, leading to these outbursts. DRASTIC switch from seeming stability, speaking w/ Stewy, Greg, and Team Logan… to going psycho on stage. No matter the BS Kendall has been through, this is out of character, w/o assured reasoning. The NYT profile on the actor, from what I read makes me wonder of the possibilty of this fast sabatoge is due to a behind the scenes issue. I know nothing of what is to come… but this is “this only ends one way” type of decline. Kendall dead or removed.
I’m unsatisfied with the writing. Includes the minor, but legit change in the eldest son. Behavior is strangely different. More aggressive. They bring him in the fold w/ Kendall gone? Something feels wayyy off.
ps I too thought of Tywin this ep! 😃you make a good point. Because Cersei, jamie, and Tyrion on the same team, could actually succeed. I was thinking how Tywin would never allow this BS. He’d drink a bottle of Tears of Lys, before he’d ruin his legacy by anyone seeing him out of his mind.

And is it just me, or was that moment between Logan and Tom in the bathroom stall exceptionally touching?!

This episode is like a farce where they cant make decisions once Logan is compromised.

I liked the analogy to Tywin and his kids. Except I'd have to agree with Gerri that Roman (more so than Shiv), is the "bootleg Logan".
