No problem, boss. If you ever find yourself in the Charleston, WV area, first, watch out for potholes. Have a few you can lose a whole bike in. Second, try to chase me down. I hear you like burgers and such, and I do my best to make sure I know the best places around. 😊
Also, I can verify with the MSF folks to get official permission, but last time I checked, they were cool with people using their lot to practice so long as they weren't having a class.
