V for Vendetta should be up in the next day or so.

FULL LENGTH MONSTERS, INC (2001) MOVIE REACTION - DC #1

Comments

I'm late to the party but, if we talkin' bout reacting to animated films, could I please suggest Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988) and The Iron Giant (1999)? Both are superstars, technically and artistically!

Uncle 'Traveling' Matt

no he hasn't cried yet. But I remember he looked like he was about to at the end of Train to Busan. Another great little girl in that one.

Ninaofthe90s

His reaction to "The Hunt" has a different kind of break or near break, but it's a damn good one to see.

Ratatouille's "hair" premise bothers me the most. Linguini's story arc is horrible as well.

Robert Kruger

Shrek reaction would go crazy 😩

Light Yagami

Oh yeah, if he hasn’t seen shrek - that would be an amazing reaction. I really doubt he hasn’t seen it tho

Light Yagami

I have not. I may give it a look.

"Magic baby", well damn you actually might be right about that lol. Has Jimmy full broke on camera yet? I've been watching him for literal years but obviously haven't watched every reaction series yet, but I do know he's gotten close a couple time over the years. My personal favorite being Ben and Locke in the Lost finale, but yeah has he broke yet?

Mathew Zimmerman

I consider Finding Nemo one of the most important recommendations

Ninaofthe90s

Hard disagree on Ratatouille being too childish or bad, I love that one immensely, but agree he shouldn't watch it purely because he'll find rats in a restaurant too disgusting lol =)

Michael

I usually hate Kid Characters in movies but Boo is hands down one of the best little kid Characters next to Newt from Aliens

I love Monsters Inc. im glad you did too! to agree with the above comments more animated movies! The Shrek movies especially the first two, Emperors New Groove and my personal favorite Tangled. Even more recently, Encanto comes to mind as well. Hope you add some in next month!

Julie

My recommendations for USA Animations are in order: The Emperor's New Groove - David Spade humor, quite adult and in my top 5 of comedies (not just animated) made. Toy Story 1-3 - The third movie is truly a masterpiece and the first two are damn solid as well. Kung Fu Panda 1&2 - Jack Black humor, a bit kiddish but amazing. Shrek 1 - Mike Meyers and Eddie Murphy humor; sequels are meh, but often have some worthwhile jokes/stories How to Train Your Dragon 1&2 - More Fern Gully/Pocahontas/Dances with Wolves type stories but told well enough. Really pushing into the kiddish thing here. I'm sure Little Mermaid, The Lion King 1 (1994), Mulan, Lilo & Sitch, Aladdin (1992) and Finding Nemo 1 are worth watching sometime too. Movies to skip due to being too childish or outright bad: Buzz Lightyear Star Command Happy Feet 1&2 Cars (all of them) Madagascar Moana Ratatouille Wreck it Ralph Ralph Breaks The Internet Frozen Finding Dory The Lion King 2 & 3 A Bug's Life Monstersr University Incredibles 2 The Princess and the Frog
