yeah as some previous comments said the point is they are bad people. the cast is all very sweet and good friends irl. the whole concept of sunny is it's bad people doing bad things and they're making fun of them. i had this awful teacher in high school who was super mean and racist and he loved the show because he couldn't understand that they're parodying his type of people. it flew right over his head lol we actually had a whole lecture on the show in one of my college courses about how it holds a mirror up to people and reflects a lot of their own faults and biases back to them. very interesting lecture. i just love the show so much. it's hard to explain. you don't like these people but you also can't help but have a soft spot for them. you love to hate them and hate to love them lol
