Announcement: Looking for an additional beta, patreon changes, and See No Evil to receive 4 advanced chapters.

Starting from the top -- I am currently looking for another Beta to help me polish off my stories. As my writing speed has increased, so has the workload on my beta until it's become rather unreasonable to expect him to beta all of my stuff alone. The workload will be split between him and someone else. What that division of labor looks like is up for discussion between the three of us. 

If anyone is interested, let me know. And to tempt some of you to be interested -- you won't need to be a Patron to read advanced chapters. 

Second-order of business -- Starting tomorrow, I will be implementing the charge upfront feature. Most of you don't know this, but I get emails every time someone edits their pledge. So, I know when you're making last-minute changes or dropping off entirely to avoid paying. And, honestly, I get it. I never had much of a problem with it because I knew it just came with the territory of getting paid through Patreon. The problem has been steadily growing worse, however, and yesterday was the worst it's ever been.

I don't know if it was the 4 advanced chapters and the end-of-the-month drop-off just feeding into each other, but some of you guys went buck fuckin wild. To the point that I realized that the issue has become a problem, and I needed to do something about it. Part of that is letting those that have developed the habit that I do know and I have noticed.

So, starting tomorrow, when you increase your pledge you will be charged immediately. At the first of each month is the normal charge for that month. I'm doing it tomorrow because I want to avoid anyone getting double charged by Patreon by accident. I really wish I didn't have to do it, but it's gotten way out of hand.

I will also be implementing the Annual memberships for those that just want to pay for a full year of membership ahead of schedule for some reason. I thought it might please some of you because when I was scrolling through my Patreon subscribers recently, I saw that there are quite a few of you that have been subscribed for two years now. To those -- thank you for sticking with me for so long!

Last order of business -- See No Evil will be taking two weeks off to build up the backlog to receive its 4 advanced chapters. There will be an update tomorrow, but on the 9th and 16th, there will be no updates. See No Evil will be coming back on the 23rd. It will be the only story updated between the 18th-25th as I will be taking the week off for personal reasons. 

Again, for clarification -- from the 18th-25th, I will be taking the week off. See No Evil will be the only story that receives an update on the 23rd because going three weeks without an update would be bad for the story, especially when we're in the final stretches.
