WIP Newmiller Weird Dress

This outfit will fully support CBPC/C and HDT-SMP! Just build the correct one in Bodyslide per the usual! This outfit will also have about 10 or so recolors! Right now all I have done is a basic ESP and the Bodyslide files for both CBP/C and HDT-SMP.
Look at the preview below! If you look closely, there are two styles for the skirt!
