Android 18 (WIP) & (POLLS)

Regarding Polls: Initially I intended on doing polls to determine which character i'm gonna draw next but since I only had one Tier 3 patron at the time, I just asked that they send a few characters that they like and i'll pick one that i'm most familiar with, that's how we got Android 18 as the next drawing. Now with that decided, we're also gonna decide which character to draw next but to be fair, since the first Tier 3 patron already got a pick, I decided that i'm going to ask my second Tier 3 patron this time. When I get more Tier 3 patrons then i'm gonna do the polls which was the original plan.
