Mer-monster Speedpaint

I spent a little over three hours on this (which was an hour past the deadline to turn it in, hello, ADHD!)
The prompt I received was:
A water demon who splits her time between shallow rivers and larger lakes. Shes shaped like a human but she has a long, powerful tail and webbed hands and feet. Her body is covered in a mixture of dark blue-green skin and black scales. She has long claws and teeth.
TBH I like this pose and concept so much that I may revisit it at a later date.
