Alleria Windrunner

Hey everyone, Alleria is finished!

The whole composition was a little more challenging than usual to pull off, but I really liked the result.

Also, the overall drawing ended up having a lot more detail than the usual pin-up, but it was totally worth to go that extra mile =D

So, I hope you guys like it!

Absolutely gorgeous

Faithel

I might do a crop of the face/torso to fit in a wide version, but unfortunately there's no background past the canvas, so I can't make a horizontal version of the whole image.

This is absolutely gorgeous! Any chance of a wallpaper version in the monthly pack?

So beautiful <3

This is, for a lack of a better words, stunning! It's beautifully composed, colours blend great and the background sets the focus on the character really nicely. Her face have nice strong expression and I love the details on bow and armor. This is my favorite of your works thus far :)

Nice Job

Thank you! =D. I had a lot of trouble to get the tones right. Had to make a lot of fine adjustments in the background and color of the composition due to the amount of elements interacting. But I really liked how it all came together

Lee

Thanko you. Some drawings just require that extra bit of effort =3. I didnt want to make her in a way that didnt fit the character. So in this case it required her full armor =D

Lee

Thanks! =D

Lee

Thank you! I wanted to create a scene of her chilling a bit after a hunt, loosenimg her hair and all that =3

Oh my goodness, the level of detail in this painting is utterly insane! I don't even know where to begin 😂 Well, the background looks amazing with the textures on the tree bark, the many leaves and other foliage throughout, all individually lit and rendered. The colours across the whole piece are gorgeous with the many different green tones across the trees, plants and sections of her attire, with the warmth of her skin and hair as well as the purple on the inside of her cape and gold across her armour and bow all distinct amongst the forest tones. Her hair looks magnificent, I said in the WIP that I adore how it's swept to one side, now looking so damn good with all of those strands rendered and the contrast between the rim lighting at the top and the shadows towards the bottom. Her skin is beautifully rendered and I really like how the light and shadow plays across her face and arm and that glow to her eyes is really badass looking. All of her clothes are brilliant, from the golden sections across her gauntlet, breasts and bow that all have these well defined planes and light and dark sections set next to one another that show their forms, the folds in her hood and green sections across her hips and the scales on her front, all individually rendered and overlapping with their own cast shadows onto each other. In regards to the scales, I really like the overall colour change across them with a warm glow landing on the scales across her front, transitioning to cooler shadow tones on her side. I really could keep on going, but I'll restrain myself and just summarise again, this painting is spectacular, beautiful with vibrant colours and an insane level of detail. Brilliant work! 😄

Wow, you really really go all out every new drawing. Your elves are all top notch!

Uh wooow :o Absolutely awesome!!

The finished piece looks fantastic. The amount of details you put into this is amazing, which makes the scale parts of the armor look great. Also the wear and tear of the pants sure shows its time in use. The forest background is phenomenal, I feel like it's such a fitting theme. I like how you made the trees appear covered by moss. I like the play between light and shadow which simulates nicely the dense foliage of the treetops. Great work.
