As ever, the level of detail is stunning, in particular with her flowing, separated strands of hair and all of the little scrapes, dents, textures, grooves and indents on her pauldron, I love the feathers too and how the engravings across her breastplates are defined. Her face looks amazing too, I adore all of the textures there and how well her features are rendered, the glowing red eyes are a great touch too. Fantastic work on this portrait of the Dark Lady 😄

2017-11-16 11:30:27 +0000 UTCI thought about adding color to this type of portrait but it adds a new layer of complexity that strays away from the initial idea. I try to limit the time invested on them kinda to see what i can do in a set timeframe. And even on a rougher image, adding color still takes more time than intended =o
