Patreon Survey feedback and changes!

Hey everyone, today I'm going to give you guys my (very long) feedback about the survey and give you some insights on a few changes I'm going to make on my patreon to better align with that feedback. 

First of all, I want to thank you all for the ongoing support and also spending a few minutes to help me improve the quality of my patreon. 

Ok so here are the main points: 

1) Type of content: 

The vast majority of you guys are interested to have more explicit nsfw content, and I wanted to do something like that with the Easter suprise both to see how you guys would react, and how would I fell about drawing it. 

From my part, I really did like it. It's an interesting take on drawing that let me emphasize more on the "body language" than anything else. And the vast majority of you guys seem to have liked the result as well!

2) Other types of content: 

There were several great suggestions, and here I'll outline the ones mentioned the most, or we'll have a REALLY long post lol. 

• Wallpaper. Ok, this was something that slipped my mind and going foward I'll see to include at least 1 desktop wallpaper version of each drawing in the month.

• More Iris. Don't worry, she'll be here often! Her "Chinese" version was a small step in the direction of putting her on different themes. So I'll definitely experiment more with themes like fantasy, sci-fi and so forth. 

• More variants in terms of outfit. This is a case by case situation. Some variants can be very time consuming. For example, drawing lingerie can literally take several hours depending on the amount of detail I put into it. And I also want to make sure the variants "make sense". For example, it doesn't make a lot of sense to put stockings in a character that is in a forest. But it's something that I'll try to improve as well. 

• Tutorials, there's a few changes about this that I'll explain better in another topic. 

There were also a few suggestions about other types of nsfw variants that involve different fetishes. I've got a lot of requests about things like that across the years, and it's just not my thing. I'm not confortable drawing those things so I don't want to create something that won't be on the same standart of quality of the rest of the drawing. 

3) Source material:

There were also good suggestions that I'll keep in mind for future polls. One thing that I really like is when people suggest the actual character. For example, if you suggest a book, and I didn't read the book, I don't know which character could make a nice drawing, based on the looks, personality etc. So in this case, it's better to suggest the specific character that you think would make a good drawing.

What's going to change on my patreon? 

• There's going to be a new type of reward for tier $5 and $10: Voyeur. 

This is going to be an explicit 18+ scene of the top voted pin-up. It's going to have a similar drawing style of the Easter surprise and Iris "Peeking" sequence, more focused on the character(s). Maybe we can even make a cross over of the top 2 voted pin-ups, who knows? =D 

• Tutorials will be removed from the $10 tier. 

The current version is too "strict" for what I want tutorials to be. I want to be able to create different types of tutorials, sometimes a 5-15 min video of an easier subject, sometimes a simply step by step image is enough. Sometimes there's a hot topic that I can explain in a short video in the middle of the month. And the current "monthly ~1h video" doesn't give me that freedom. And more importantly, I want to have interaction with people. One of the biggest rewards for me when I post my work is to see how people react to it, the comments, the questions and all that. And I simply don't have that in the current state of the tutorials. 

So the tutorials created from now on, will be free for everyone, so I can post them on my facebook, youtube and whatnot and be able to help a larger audience. 

• What's coming in place of the tutorials in the 10$ tier? Past rewards!

From now on, the 10$ tier will include 2 previous works of your choice as well (jpg, nsfw, psd, video). There's a lot of people interested in being able to get past psd or videos and there wasn't really a way of doing that. So hopefully, this tier will allows you to do that. Gumroad will still be an alternative if you want to get a bundle of characters, or is simply not interested in PSDs or videos.

Ok, this is everything. Sorry for the really long post, but I wanted to provide a good insight for you guys on the feedback, and reasoning behind the small changes on my patreon.

I hope you guys like those changes, and I wanted to give enough time for people to change pledges accordingly if they want. 

Yes, those changes will affect this month's rewards, so yeah, there's a new drawing of the voyeur reward coming this month ;)

I couldn't list and comment all the suggestions because there were dozens of them. And it would create an even longer post to comment each individually. So even if your suggestion/comments didn't make it here, rest assured that I read ever single one of them. There were excellent suggestions and detailed feedback that I will consider going foward, so I can't thank you guys enough for taking your time to help me improve.
