This drawing was really really cool to do, I learned a few new tricks to ease the process of creating light/shadow areas. It was a technique that I did initially on Iris peeking series to create the "steamy/non-steamy" glass and it worked like a charm with ilumination as well.
It was a much more complex image, with a lot of elements but I really liked the result, the colors, the details on her ... and I hope you guys like it as well!
So let me know what you think!
Oh and quick question I forgot to ask, which size of wallpapers you guys use? If you use something different than 1920x1080, post in the comments so I can create multiple sizes of wallpapers.

My 2nd monitor is my cintiq tablet, do it's resolution is a lot more "square" than wider, so when I set wallpaper for it, I have to keep in mind what will be cropped =o

2018-04-28 16:04:03 +0000 UTCFor my main monitor, the resolution is 3840x1600. 21:9 images seem to fit best, but really any image that is composed horizontally can be made to work. If I span my monitors, then 5760x1600, which starts to get a bit absurd, but there are a few wallpapers that work well for that.

I had no idea what kind of colours were going to be used for this character, but I am very happy with these, white hair, dark purple skin with light purple markings as well as a very dark purple dress are all a wonderful mix as far as I'm concerned 😍. As always, your attention to detail and the level of skilful rendering are so high. The surroundings look incredible, from the stone textures of the wall behind her and the area she's resting on, the shining textures of the cushions and how one is actually pressed into by her elbow and probably my favourite part of the setting, that vase in the foreground. That thing looks fantastic with the way the planes are defined with that shining texture of the material, as well as how the silver patterns running over it aren't just painted on, but are their own 3-dimensional forms popping out from it. Thalyssra herself is beautifully painted with her intricately detailed hair, swept to one side, strands flowing and curling apart, with that rim-light along the top to let it pop out from the similarly toned background wall. Her purple skin looks incredible and I love those tattoos and how they wrap over the forms of her body, the way her fingertips glow as well looks great. The definition of her anatomy is fantastic, her bending knees, length of her calves and rendering of her ankles and feel are all brilliantly done. I really like how there's a contrast between her top and lower halves, with each either in sunlight or shadow, her legs look particularly great thanks to the brighter lighting on them. And her dress looks great too with the rendering of the folds over her bum and upper thighs, white patterns draped over her body, with a brighter light over the area over her upper left thigh. Once again, you've created another beautiful pinup with a marvellous level of detail 😄. And as for wallpaper sizes, I use a 1920x1080 monitor.

Vis-a-vis wallpaper: I have one monitor at 1920x1080 and one at 1280x1024. But really, the resolution of my desktop image isn't as important to me as the aspect ratio.

The position of the sun is the same, but not the position of the bottle and the grape. So the beautiful smile of Lady Liadrin is for Thalyssra ? I have 2 monitors : 1920x1080 and 2560x1440. Chose witch one you want to use.
