thanks! At first I thought she had too much contrast with the enviroment, but in the end I liked how she "pops out" in the image, given she is the main focus of it =) And I wanted to have a few cast shadows and spots of lightning to keep the image more interesting and be able to enphasize a few areas =)

Oh I love the colours in this piece, you've given it this gorgeous, warm hue that is so appealing. And you've done a great job in keeping Ivy in focus with the leaves surrounding her being a cool green, with the brightest lights shining on her as well as being the most detailed part, while the background gets darker and faded further from her. Along with this beautiful lighting and colour palette, the rendering and level of detail is as fantastic as ever. Her flowing, cascading hair is beautifully intricate and defined, I love the brown veins that run through her green attire, wrapping over and accentuating the shapes of her body, while her body itself is defined so well. One of my favourite parts is her left leg, the contrast between bright light and darker shadows looks amazing, as does the definition of her calf, knee and thigh. Marvellous work on this painting 😄
