She'll still be included on August rewards (which will be delivered between September 5-6th).
I have to say I'm really liking to paint the background directly in colors. While I still prefer to control skin tones and details in values then colors, I think it's quite interesting to paint the background directly on colors.
I like how vivid the colors get, and how much variance there is =). As for her, I wasn't 100% familiar with the character, so I did some research, watched videos of her in the game, and how she interacted with the other characters (specially how she's obsessed with the main character and is almost a bit crazy towards it), and I really liked the character and I thought it would make a cool scene to have her acting all "hey, whatch u doing" =D .
So I hope you guys like her as well, so let me know what you think in the comments!

2018-09-04 13:39:56 +0000 UTCThank you! I love to do images that are a bit closer because they offer a nice mix of detail, but you can also see the surroundings. Hands for example I was REALLY satisfied with how they looked =D Her hair was different to work at tbh. Most of the hair I usually do is "wavy" or have a lot of segments going around. This one for a change was really straight but since the image was close enough, I wanted to create the individual strands and details. As for the colors, I love to work with blues, going to magenta and purples (hence why I do so many images with sunsets lol) so I'm a little suspect to comment on that lol.

2018-09-04 05:26:23 +0000 UTCOh I absolutely love the colours for this piece, a dominant use of purple always makes me happy, while the warm tones of skin, the books and burning candles add a nice touch of contrast. I do really like Tharja's pose and expression too, that innocent "whatcha doin?" with her playfully toying with her hair and smiling, all while seductively leaning in with her visible cleavage and teasing her hips and thigh from behind the books. As with all of your work, the rendering is so skilfully done with an insane level of detail, depiction of different textures, excellent use of lighting and smooth rendering of different forms. I just love her hair, beautiful face, the way her fingers bend with their planes defined, how her cloak is draped over shoulders, that magnificent rim lighting along her hip and thigh, as well as the textures of the books and melting candles. Brilliant work on this painting! Looking forward to seeing the full reward files ๐๐
