And it's finished! Her outfit required a lot of work but I simply love the design and the contrast between the dark leather and the white/gold.

I really liked the color palette of this image, and I hope you guys like her as well. For the past few drawings I tried something new in terms of coloring and it's been definitely an improvement for me, so let me know what you guys think! =D

As for the character, well, I'm a main Ashe already. Not sure if you guys play overwatch or tested her, but I think they did an amazing job with the whole package (voice acting, gameplay and visual). The sound effects of her gun and how it works is really unique on OW, since it feels like it's actual gunfire.

So hope you guys like her, and stay tuned for previews of the next drawings early next week =D

regardless if people like the game, the character design is really great. I love the designs, personality and overall package of the characters =D

Kind of expected her to be up your alley.

All I know about OW is through fan art like yours, and this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQuV67LeWAo I do love the character designs though, and this is great work!

Thanks, I always had some issues making a variable color palette with the way that I paint images. I still prefer to work on grayscale -> color but the issue is that adding color later on can be a little "bland". So instead of painting directly on color, I started to mix both process. I still paint on grayscale, still add most of the color on top of it, but then I add a few layers on top with an "extra coat" of color. Which is the blue/violet hues as backlight on her left side of the drawing, the orange/blue marks on the metal container and a few subtle details on the gun. I think this makes the image a lot more organic in terms of color and "paint" effect. Deep down, it was something that always bothered me a little about my drawings lol. And I'm finally able to fix it without changing my way of painting. I started to try something like the background of Maiev's drawing then I did on Jaina (to paint the background as well) and saw the potential to apply that on the character as well. I also used that a lot of Tharja (which is one of my favourite drawing in terms of color pallete recently). Tifa's drawings I did something similar with the pumpkins and candles on the background. So it's definitely room for improve and do even better in the future =)

I just didn't want for her to be wearing it, since everyone is drawing her exactly like the model. I wanted to change it slightly. =D

Oh yes, this is just gorgeous! The colours really do pop beautifully, the multiple hues throughout the blue sky, the golden trims on her outfit, boots and gun as well as the warm tones of her eyes, skin and luscious lips are all terrific and vibrant. Even the thing she's sitting on has a great deal of variety to it with it's right side tinted blue while the sun shines on it's left, providing a nice contrast between each side. As always, the rendering and details are fantastic, like the wear and tear, dull patches, weathering and chipping on that big metal thing, as well as how well the plane changes and rigid shapes are defined. And of course, Ashe herself is just brilliant. Her outfit has so much going on with the many folds throughout the white sleeve along her left arm and throughout her waist-coat, specifically on her left waist, as well as the different textures of the golden trim and the metallic gold sections of her boots. Those knee-pads as well as the area covering her toes and heels really do look great! I also like that even her clothes are tinted blue and gold on each side just like that big reactor, metal thing. Ashe's face looks so good too, I love her subtle, confident smile, the shine of her deep red lips and the textures and tones of her skin. The hint of her neck and anatomy of her upper chest is very well done too (it'll be fun to see more of that in the alternate versions πŸ˜‰). And of course her hair is wonderfully intricate with so many detailed strands and I do always love to see those strands breaking away and wisping over a characters face like this. Oh and I nearly forgot the gun, well just like everything else, you did a fantastic job on it, from the textures, different colours, definition of shapes and insane level of detail. Suffice to say, fantastic work on this piece! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ The colours, details, textures, rendering, pose and expression/attitude of the character are all marvellous.

I'm pleased that you did not forget her hat. Well done.
