Thanks! I think her face was probably the most important part of the image. If it didn't convey the proper emotion, all the rest wouldn't have the same effect. So I'm really glad it worked out =D. And I usually upload on gumroad ~1month after it's posted in the rewards here on patreon =)

Oh my gosh. I'll try to say something nice but I can't find the words.... I love what you done with her face, the way how she looking at me is so mesmerizing. I love her outfit as well, and the blood around her in the lake is so damn good, it feels so real. I hope you planing to put this one on your Gumroad because I would be pleased to buy one. ;)

Wooow. As a huge WoW fan, it was your Liadrin that finally made me become a patron, but I can honestly say that if that hadn't this would have. Absolute knockout.

Thank you! I had to put some panties on her from the original wip because the image was just "too sexy" for what I had in mind. It will still be one of the alternative versions, which I can make it a bit more transparent as well. But for the sfw version, it was changing the purpose of the image. The main idea is that she got into the well for the ritual, removed her breastplate (its more of a corset) and start to change her outfit to the new "her". There's water and with a white dress there's got to be some transparency, but I wanted to make sure it didn't kill the purpose of the image. As for her body, I wanted to do something a bit more organic. So the pose (and anatomy) is a bit assimetrical, her breasts are not mirrored, which is what usually happen in a front view. One is a bit more leaning to the side than the other. Her right leg is a bit more to the front, so her right side (left of the image) is arched backwards just a little, just to give a subtle hint of motion instead of just her standing there. The hair was also something that I really loved working on ... all in all there's a lot of work on this image. The hair for example took ~2h alone, the corset (which is something in the background) took ~1h30, and I think it's ok to dedicate some time to those things, because they are part of the "story" being told in the image. So yeah, I absolutely loved the result in this one!

I didn't play on the ptr myself, but the footage videos I've seen, there's "blood" in the moonwell when the player breaks the tear of elune. Thing is, going full red on it caused a very agressive contrast so I toned down a bit to something more "purpleish". As for the expac, I really hope they pull all the stops because the plot is there to be used. I just hope they don't settle for something boring. Currently I play horde, but I always liked both sides in terms of story and lore.

Yeah, that was a tricky sweat spot to reach. If the cloth was too revealing, it would end up more sensual than intended, and it would kill the whole purpose of the scene. So there's some transparency, but not enough to change the point of the image. =D

Not sure what Blizzard is going to do with Tyrande in the future, but you definitely did the character justice with this illustration. You put the characters transition into a really great image of what the character has become. The blackness in the moonwell appears gloomy and somewhat spooky. With the burning of Teldrassil I too feel the need for vengeance. The BfA expansion sure did stir a lot of emotion. Definitely curious to see where things go from here. For the Alliance.

I made it pretty clear when I saw the WIP that I was most excited to see this particular painting finished and a large part of that was seeing how the colours would look. I don't know much about Night Elves but I do know their colour palette and I know that purple features heavily 💜, I also know that there tends to be this ethereal, mystical feel to them that I was eager to see you tackle. Suffice to say, I'm so very impressed with what you've created here! Starting off with colours, they are just beautiful and so very striking with amazing use of contrasts. The purple sky, bright at the top and growing darker further down with the tree silhouettes set against it look fantastic. The arch way framing the image with the other standing stone also look so good with the fronts of them tinted green from the water while also having those purple rim-lights on the insides, once again, the contrasts are striking. The colours of Tyrande's clothes as well as the water glow so beautifully and again, they have this ethereal, magical look to them that pops very nicely against the rich purple skin tones. The contrasts here that I really like are how her green hair frames her purple face, while also keeping her face from blending into the purple sky, similarly, the black emanating from her lets the green from her clothes pop against the similarly toned water. All this to say, the colours and lighting in this piece are so impressive, beautiful and striking 👏👏👏👏👏. The level of detail and rendering is as amazing as ever, the textures in the archway, standing stone and surrounding rocks is legitimately fantastic, especially with how they're tinted by the colours as well as the designs carved into them, which really do look like they dig into the surfaces, great work on that detail. The rippling water is absolutely gorgeous with so many colours flowing through it, just like with the sky. I didn't see the cinematic that this is based on, so I don't know what that thing behind Tyrande and to her left is, laying against the rocks, but it looks terrific too! 😹 The shining jewels and raised details as well as all the intricate patterns are marvellous. And of course, the stunning centrepiece that is Tyrande is just magnificent. I absolutely love her face here, you perfectly captured a fearsome, determined expression and her features are so exquisitely painted with her purple warpaint wrapping over her features so nicely. Her hair is incredibly intricate, the level of detail there really is astounding as strands break off, curl, twist, fall, meander and braid. The skin textures and anatomy that we do see are as ever, incredibly impressive and a touch that I really like is the hint of green subtly tinting her stomach. All of the subtle blending of light/dark and colour tones in that area in general looks fantastic and it will be great to see all of her body and how beautifully you've painted her in the alternate versions of this piece. Her various clothing and attire are equally well done, from her silver chains draped across her chest, to the translucent green material falling across her body. One particularly appealing part for me are the bright green rim lights throughout her clothes that really make them pop (also seen on her hands but I forgot to mention them because there's just so much detail! 😅). I really, really could keep going, this masterpiece really is packed with so much! And I don't call it a masterpiece lightly, the colours, lighting, atmosphere and level of skill displayed in this work make it more than deserving of that title. 👏👏👏👏👏 Okay, one last thing, the black ooze crawling up her clothing and starting to tint it black before fading back into the green also looks terrific. Excellent work on this one, you should be extremely proud of this piece 👏👏👏👏👏 Looking forward to the full sized version and seeing the alternates (One thing that I think could look great is a version where most of her clothing stays on except for the horizontal section that cuts across her hips. I know that you didn't want the sexiness to overpower the character in the SFW version and you've more than achieved that, trust me. But for the NSFW versions, well... can't hurt there 😉😹)

It's like she's washing the blood off. Makes her seem even more badass. And watch out for those nails! Her clothing isn't as wet as I expected and I think that's okay. If it was clingy and revealing she might not seem as fierce. That said, I do hope there's some versions where she isn't as homicidal.
