The color palette was something interesting to work with, I started on the purple/gold from her ingame gear and used something close to that in the background (blue / sand color). And I wanted to make sure I captured the "moonlight" vibe correctly. Overall I really liked this design, I think the tattoos gave an interesting level of detail to her back (since it's where she's showing most of the skin) and didn't let it get "boring". I wasn't sure what to do with her (I usually have a general idea in mind) but I really liked the direction it ended up going lol. And thank you for your kind words!

Wow! It was clear from the streams that this was going to be a truly stunning result and seeing it now fully finished is an utter delight 💜. I had been saying throughout the streams all that I love about this painting so I'll try to be at least somewhat succinct here to avoid too much repetition 😅. The overall colour composition is gorgeous with the many contrasting cool and warm tones, the level of detail is staggering as seen throughout the background with the many textures and blemishes cut into the stonework. Li Ming herself is absolutely beautiful and rendered so well with her intricate hair and tattoos as well as the folds of her clothes (Purple! 💜) and the golden shine of her adornments, her skin as well as the forms of her body look amazing with the differing light and dark tones defining her. Her pose and expression are so alluring with her bold eyes, purple lips forming that slight smile and strands of hair sweeping around her, all while her robe sensually falls around her, only loosely held in place (the tease 😘😂), I can't get over the rendering of the folds in the material, so well done, but then everything here is amazing with a terrific atmosphere across the whole piece. Sensational work! A pleasure to watch it come to life and dare I say it, my favourite painting of yours thus far 😻💜
