I really loved the darker skin she has so I had a lot of fun working on that. Plus I loved the contrast between the two =D
Also, I absolutely love doing those messy/sweaty hairs, and she has such a lovely cascading brunette hair, so I had to take advantage of that =D
Hope you guys like it!
Also, I'm sorry about the delay on this last image, just had a lot going on this month in terms of stuff that I had to solve with my moving, which hopefully will get better in the coming weeks.

While I love blue/green eyes with more color, I loved how Maya's eyes are pale green/yellow, so I wanted to try pale blue eyes for this one, and hell it worked =D Also, I absolutely loved Katara and Korra darker skin tone this month, we could definitely use more characters like them in the future =D

The background wall has a lovely contrast being purple tinted on the far left while having that radiant yellow glow on the right, all while having very nice textures too. And with the characters, the various blues both pop very well against their warmly lit, vibrant skin tones and Katara's darker skin is a nice contrast to Aang, especially where they come into contact. Looking first at Aang I actually really like his head, the large area of warm light blends smoothly out towards the darker tones for a great contrast and really defines his shapes very well. The blue tattoo adds further contrast and definition and his right arm looks great as well with the warm lighting contrasting with his darker bicep as well as Katara's darker skin. And again, his warmly lit forearm and blue marking have a great contrast. I also really like the small, complex plane changes and details for both of his hands as they wrap over Katara's body and the overall contact where his arm rests against her thigh has this intimate, sensual feel. With Katara, I simply must look first at her eyes, those bright, pale blue eyes are so striking and demand the viewers attention! ๐๐ I love her expression too with those amazing eyes looking down at Aang as she blushes and bites her lip, she's just so adorable here. Her warm, chocolate brown hair is all beautifully rendered and detailed with a lovely, subtle shine to it and as always, I do find it so appealing when strands fall in front of the face like that. Her overall skin textures are beautiful too with this warm shine to them, which makes her shoulder, breasts, ribs and thigh really pop! Looking at her lower thigh and the light beneath her belly button, you really see that porous texture which is a nice bit of variety and contrast to the overall smoother skin tones elsewhere. The shapes and volume of her body and anatomy are all perfectly done too, she really is just incredibly well painted, looking so beautiful, sensual and sexy! Excellent work on this wonderfully intimate painting with your Katara looking so adorable and cute! ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
