Wanted to make it a bit more of a portrait, and thought it would be a cool idea to have them having a selfie together =D
Also, since Triss and Yennefer were the top choice of costume for them, we got a "short hair Yennefer" with Maya dressed as her =D

"Art of those characters could show all kinds of cool magic effects," I thought, "but as costumes, they're just dresses. Why?" I'm happy to say that this sketch is making me eat those words - this is a very fun piece. I especially love the cheeks. It looks like a lot of care went into thinking about how the ladies' faces look in different expressions - even without hair or freckles, you could definitely tell that it's them!
