Easily one of the hardest portraits I did due to the sheer amount of detail and their expressions, make sure their interaction makes sense and all that.
One thing I wanted to keep in check is how similar to the character they would look. I wanted them to still look like Iris and Maya wearing Triss and Yen costumes and not a perfect 1:1 transformation.
Also, it's the first time they are close to each other in detail, so the people that think they look the same person can appreciate the same details twice =D

2021-11-01 02:59:58 +0000 UTCI thought the roles would be opposite, since Triss is bustier and slightly more tanned then Yen but they turned out quite lovely as they are. Oh gosh the colors and detail...It's a portrait, yet there's so much to dive into! The faces, the dresses! I can see why you said it's one of the hardest ones you've done and this is very highly appreciated! It would be great to see more close-up character shots like this in future! Especially with these 2. They are certainly some of the best works you've done like very first Maya Halloween, MerMaya, Iris in a pool. Oh this is a great month and I haven't even spoiled myself with seeing the voyeur yet. Happy Halloween!
