Spent a bit more time than intended but wanted to make sure everything was as good as it gets. =D
I have to say it was super tricky to get the expressions and body language right, but I'm really happy with the result.
So, I think this is probably enough for now, I mean, there's really no need to do a follow up image =D

Thank you! Ideally I'd have made their story develop quicker, but at the same time I didn't want to feel rushed. And yes, they'll be painted on a regular basis =D

With Iris and Maya in particular, you've taken two OCs that were always gorgeous, but fleshed them out into characters I'm invested in and am constantly wanting to know what is next in their story. The slow burn getting them together has been both infuriating (in a good way) and perfect. Pretty please don't stop with these two! :)

Great work on the composition and the small details in the expressions; once again you did a great job of packing a ton of personality into very small details. And the lighting is, per usual, complex and totally natural-feeling at the same time. Kudos!
