2023-04-23 17:27:49 +0000 UTCMuichiro quickly became one of my favourite characters (I read the manga) he's a good kid. Also, that definitely wasn't Tanjiro's dad in that memory, he has a different name and it was 300 years ago so like Kotetsu said, he's an ancestor

2023-04-23 11:57:27 +0000 UTCI don't think they are related. He meet tanjiro's relatives while traveling so no actual relation. He's just an acquaintance to the family. Upper 1 and the Yorichi do have a lot of similarity though!

But... I was also wrong about some things. Imagine being a parent in anime. It means all kids of the same sex are gonna look exactly like you when you grow up. Daughters will be the spitting image of their moms and sons will be the spitting image of their fathers.
