More recently Katee Sackhoff has said that Bo-Katan was barely out of her teens during Clone Wars. Assuming that makes her 20 during her first appearance in season four, that makes her around 39 in these two episodes of Rebels, 49 by the time we meet her in Mandalorian, and maybe 50 by season three.

LOL I think The Mandalorian shrank the age of Bo Katan by a bit - I think she is supposed to be mid 50's by then, even though Katee Sackhoff is only 43 years old - but here in Rebels, her age is just fine - she was in her mid 20's in Clone Wars so now she is in her late 30's. Satine was at least 15 years older than Bo (maybe?) but they were definitely NOT twins!!! 🤔
