Some prisoners who have converted to short-term punishment cannot withstand the punishment and attempt to escape. Before the execution of the sentence, the authorities obtain signatures from the prisoners on a sentence execution agreement. The content of the agreement is as follows: "I agree to accept the full content of this punishment in exchange for reducing the duration of the sentence to 1/12. If I violate this agreement, I will be subjected to a more coercive punishment B or punishment C instead of punishment A. If you agree, please sign in the space below. (Refer to the appendix for the contents of punishments A, B, and C.)" (형벌A, B, C 의 내용은 별지 참조)' 위와 같은 동의서에 서명을 하였음에도 탈출을 감행하거나 저항이 심한 죄수는 형 집행을 거절하는 행위로 간주하여 형벌의 난이도가 올라갑니다.
