I want to animate cum sequences so badly, but fuck me if I'm gonna wait 15 minutes at a time to test out a liquid sim. Especially considering the art direction I want to go with my animation! So I've been testing out ways I can achieve a proper spunk through alternative means and I think I found a few method I'm happy with!
Dynamic Paint!
So in Blender there is a neat feature where you can basically treat an object like a "paint brush" and drag it across a surface like a "canvas" and you can use the "painting" as a texture. So there's no physical liquid dripping off the monkey. It's all an animated texture!
The particle system in the second example Is all happening in real time. Which combined with the Dynamic Paint effect gave me some sick results! However I like my limited frame animation, and real-time physics will clash hard with my animation style. Which brings me to the 2nd method!
2D Cum!
Blowing the dust off my 2D animation chops, I figured I'd get the MOST control over my zinc ropes by simply animating them by hand Arcane style! For the splatter, I'm using an invisible sphere to "paint" the floor and monkey, matching the timing of the 2D animation to make it all cohesive!
This is just a trial though. I'll have to see if I can apply it to a proper animation >:)
