80 items. Coming together with 40x30 lot. These dining and building set comes together with high quality 2k compatible textures with more than 5 swatches. Also a big modern minimalist dining set and new paintings, lights and so many items. Also a lot that I built.
I'm really sorry for a bit late delivery. I just got back from the hospital and have to check everything. It is a lot of work but I'm happy that It's finishes.
