YPDAW: The Mirror by Saberrung
Added 2019-03-21 02:26:48 +0000 UTCThis is a really old idea of mine that finally got to see the light of day thanks to this interpretation I commissioned from Saberrung. The original plan was for a random woman, but Saberrung was pretty keen on having it be someone special, and Jill Valentine seemed like the kind of woman who might find herself in an old mansion!
Not much exposition here. Jill is wandering around the "haunted" house, stopping in front of a peculiar mirror. The room is empty, but suddenly an apparition appears in the mirror's reflection! Before she has a chance to react, the ghost is upon her, pressing her against the vanity, and beginning the next phase of both their lives!
You may have seen this already elsewhere on the web; I intended for you dear Patrons to have early access, but a miscommunication between myself and artist foiled those plans. My sincere apologies.

I know that I for one am more then happy with you using the excess money to commission work especially with how long 3D modeling and animations takes.

I hate to think that I have been misleading anyone about what I do here, or what I have been doing with the funds I have been given. As long as there is content being made from that very artist, which Ovidius is doing and then some. anything beyond is unnecessary over-reach from us "fans" we are just that we are here to support not criticize where Ovidious allocates funds. stop politicking and leave the page if u dont like it.

2019-03-21 21:18:19 +0000 UTCSo I've been contemplating making this comment for a while, but I think it needs to be said; I don't think it's appropriate at all to post commissions you've gotten from other artists (like this) behind a Patreon paywall. It's basically taking someone else's art and charging them to see it, all while the original artist gets nothing from it. If you want to share stuff you've gotten with permission from the artist for free, that's fine. If you want to charge a Patreon membership to see *your own* animations and content, that is also fine. But I'm not here to pay to see something you got for yourself. Edit: yes I know it's called YPDAW, but I'm not interested in funding your commissions. I'm interested in funding your own artistic endeavors.
